Their time-tested recipe has become a household favorite, locking in flavor with their southern-style buttermilk marinade, and lightly breaded by hand with every order. Slim Chickens is located at 412 West Dixie Avenue in E-town where they serve not only delicious chicken, but salads, mac and cheese and incredible jar desserts.
