Congratulations to Scotty’s Paving on the grand opening of its new, expansive facility in Upton, Kentucky.
A huge crowd was on hand on April 29th to celebrate with Vice President of Asphalt Operations Phillip Kemp and the Scotty’s team, including local and state elected officials, Chamber Ambassadors, staff, vendors, colleagues and customers of Scotty’s.
The large asphalt plant is located at 607 Quarry Road in Upton and it is a testament to Scotty’s continued investment in our community and region.
We extend a big welcome to the entire Scotty’s team!!
