Congratulations to Out on the Vine Wine Bar on their ribbon cutting. Hardin County’s first and only self-pour wine bar is a family affair, owned by the mother daughter duo of Melissa Wallace and Stephanie Clem.
The owners were surrounded by family, friends, supporters and Ambassadors as they cut the ribbon to the venue, located at 1507 N. Dixie Highway, Suite 107 in Elizabethtown.
