The Hardin County Chamber of Commerce mourns the loss of Mr. Bob Owsley.
Mr. Owsley was the face of The Cecilian Bank, a proud Veteran and a true community servant. He loved our community and he shared his time, talents, resources and heart with kindness. He was a past board member and chairman of the chamber board of directors, in addition to numerous other organizations, such as WKU, the Cecilia Ruritan Club and the Patton Museum.
Bob’s warm smile, friendly disposition and community spirit will be missed.
