Lance O’Bryan Appointed Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army

CONGRATULATIONS to COL (R) Lance O’Bryan on his appointment as a Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army. Currently serving as the President and CEO of the Knox Regional Development Alliance, O’Bryan is a distinguished veteran of the United States Army and former Garrison Commander at Fort Knox.

In a special ceremony on December 3, 2024, Secretary of the Army Christine Wormuth swore in O’Bryan and four other new civilian aides from across the country.  The role of the CASAs is to promote positive relations between the Army and the general public, advise the Secretary of the Army about regional issues, support the Army workforce, assist with recruitment efforts and help and support soldiers. They are a key link between the Army and the communities they serve.

Our entire community is proud and excited for CASA O’Bryan as he accepts this honor and continues his outstanding service to our nation in this vital role.
