Other Payment Plan Information for Residential customers
•If a residential customer does not select a payment option for their past due balance, they will automatically be set up on a 12-month payment plan one time beginning November 10. If a residential customer is placed on an automatic plan, a separate letter will be sent outlining the terms of this payment plan.•Disconnections for residential customers will not resume until their payment plan appears on the next billing statement. After that, if the current bill and the installment are not paid by the current bill due date, a disconnection notice will be issued indicating when the account is eligible for disconnect.•Customers will need to ensure they pay their current billed amount and any installment amounts by the due date each month to avoid disconnection of service.
We will continue to waive late payment charges for residential customers through Dec 31. Please take advantage of resources and assistance programs that may be available to you in your community.
