Are you looking for employees who are young, eager and ready to work? Consider the Jobs for America’s Graduates program, known as JAG, which is operated through Hardin County Schools.
The premise of the program is to train and teach students the necessary employability skills they need to transition into a post secondary career. The program also helps assist them in gaining employment both in high school, and especially sustainable careers after high school. Additionally, they support the graduates for a full year post graduation as they transition into the workforce.
JAG partners with local businesses to establish a relationship and secure employment for the participants. Numerous local businesses are already involved and more partners are wanted and needed.
