Congratulations to Heartland Cannabis Health and Wellness on their fantastic ribbon cutting celebration on February 12, 2026. A great crowd of Chamber Ambassadors, members, clients, family, friends and supporters were on hand to help owner Marlena O’Neil and her team cut the ribbon to the new facility located at 240 West Dixie Avenue in Elizabethtown.
Heartland Cannabis Health and Wellness provides medical cannabis certification visits and other supportive wellness services to help patients address a variety of concerns in a therapeutic and welcoming setting.
