Located at 529 Westport Road, Suite 2 in Elizabethtown, Aptiva Health is an independent, multi-specialty medical group. Their services include orthopedics, sports medicine, pain management, imaging, physical therapy, neuropsychology and general medicine for patients of all ages.
The facility is spacious and the highly-trained staff is very friendly and ready to meet your needs. A good crowd of staff, Ambassadors, clients and neighbors were on hand to participate in the ribbon cutting ceremony.
