You are invited to celebrate the holidays with the Care Guide Partners PACE Program on December 5, 2025.
PACE is hosting a Holiday Open House from 3:00-7:00pm at their beautiful facility located at 109 Buffalo Creek Drive in Elizabethtown.
The event will include tours, refreshments and loads of holiday spirit!
