Wreaths Across America is a nationwide program that honors our military heroes every December. The mission is to Remember. Honor. Teach.
There are two local cemeteries that participate in this patriotic endeavor: Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central in Radcliff and Fort Knox Main Post Cemetery.
Funds are raised locally to support these programs to provide wreaths for every soul buried in these two locations. You can select our local cemeteries when sponsoring and purchasing wreaths. Visit Wreaths across America to learn more, as well as the FKSCC Facebook page.
The wreath laying ceremonies will take place on December 16, 2023. The Radcliff ceremony is at 10:00am and the Fort Knox ceremony is at 12:00pm. Volunteers are needed, so please contact Donna Betson at djbetson@bbtel.com or Deanna Remillard at president@fortknoxscc.com for details to participate.
