It provides senior leadership a process to follow to discuss and agree upon a set of values and behaviors that build a foundation for a healthy and inclusive workplace culture. At the conclusion of the program, the leadership team has developed a mentality of mutual support and leaders have a written set of ground rules that supports the success and inclusion of everyone in the organization.
