Kiwanis serves the needs of children. The Kiwanis Club sponsors service clubs in schools in the community: K-Kids (elementary) and Builder’s Club (middle school). These clubs help to instill a sense of service and leadership in the kids. Some signature projects of the Kiwanis Club are: providing Amtryke adaptability bicycles to disabled children, promoting literacy by distributing books to children, providing supplies to local schools, and providing scholarships to high school seniors.
