The Hardin County Chamber of Commerce will sponsor its Volunteer Expo, 11 a.m. until 1:30 p.m., September 11, 2024 at the Pritchard Community Center, 404 South Mulberry, Elizabethtown. The Chamber is happy to have this opportunity to showcase our community’s outstanding nonprofits and the volunteer opportunities they have available. We encourage expo participants to highlight the ways Chamber members can support your nonprofit and the services you provide.
A 10’x10’ exhibit area and one 6 ft. table will be provided for your booth. Tablecloths and/or table skirts are not included. We ask that if you offer a door prize, please display your door prize and have entry forms available at your booth.
The Pritchard Community Center will open at 8 a.m. for display set-up on September 11. If you need electrical power, please bring a heavy-duty extension cord(s) and duct tape to secure the cords to the floor.
If you have questions about the expo, please call the Chamber office at 270-765-4334. To register for the expo, please return the form below to the Chamber office no later than September 7, 2024. We are limited to 50 booths; therefore, we will provide space on a first-come, first-served basis. The booth fee is $50 for non-Chamber members. There is no booth fee for Chamber members.
Our monthly Chamber membership luncheon meeting will also be held that same day beginning at 12 p.m. Following the luncheon, our members will be invited to tour the exhibits. Please call the Chamber at 270-765-4334 for reservations no later than September 7.
