About Us
General Phแป Vietnamese Kitchen is a family-owned Vietnamese restaurant in Radcliff, Kentucky, owned and operated by retired Army veteran Van Tran and his family. After serving the Fort Knox community through a food truck for four and a half years, General Phแป expanded into a brick-and-mortar location. The restaurant offers authentic Vietnamese cuisine in a welcoming, family-friendly environment while emphasizing community, service, and hospitality.
