Hardin County Government
About Us
Hardin County is located in the heart of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and was formed in 1792. It is the fourth largest county in the state in land area and population.
A Judge/Executive and a group of of eight magistrates form Fiscal Court, oversees the county. Additionally, there are a number of other elected offices such as Sheriff, County Attorney, and County Clerk.
