About Us

KARMA Yoga and Hot Yoga is Hardin County’s first, and only, Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School (RYS200) featuring a state of the art hot yoga studio. We offer over 30 classes a week with over 13 contracted Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT 200). Our classes focus on the needs of each individual as we strive to teach people how to do yoga safely to improve their physical health and overall wellbeing.
