About Us
The Olive Branch is a therapist-owned mental health and family wellness center in Elizabethtown, KY, founded by Kristen Dowell Arguedas, LPCC. We offer individual and family therapy for children (ages 2+), adolescents, and adults, plus co-parenting mediation and parenting education.
Our therapeutic Play Cafรฉ, opening Summer 2026, provides sensory-friendly play with complimentary sessions for therapy clients. We accept Medicaid and private insurance, with in-person and tele-health options.
