About Us

Kensington Nursing & Rehabilitation is an 82-bed facility located in Elizabethtown. We offer in house physical, occupational and speech therapy. We also offer 24/7 skilled nursing, post hospital recovery and compassionate Care Hospice & Respite services.

Our facility recently changed ownership, we are now part of Bluegrass Health Partners, Richmond KY in October 2023. We have served the Elizabethtown community for the last 23 years and hope to continue under the new ownership.
