Application is as an individual.  Chief of Police (RET) of Elizabethtown Police Department.  Served EPD from 2011 to 2017.  Currently a Board member of the Elizabethtown Police Foundation, Hardin Habitat for Humanity, and Kentucky League of Cities Model Policy Committee, which provides model policies for law enforcement agencies across the Commonwealth.
