About Us

Erika Martin Designs is an end-to-end instructional design/corporate training company headed by Erika who has over 20 years in corporate training.  Services include building training programs from the ground up by collaborating with all stakeholders to achieve the best learning solution. Other services include: eLearning solutions, in person and blended learning, and the creation of all training materials. Erika has an MBA and a Master's degree in Education from George Mason University.
