For the past 25 years, Sigma6 HR Benefits has provided an offsite human resource department for companies with less than 100 employees. These companies generally do not have an HR Department to meet the everyday management of employment.

Currently, Sigma6 HR provides HR services to five (5) companies in E-town/Hardin County.
