About Us

Kensington Nursing & Rehabilitation is an 82-bed facility located in Elizabethtown. We offer in house physical, occupational and speech therapy. We also offer 24/7 skilled nursing, post hospital recovery and compassionate Care Hospice & Respite services.

We are now part of Encore-Bluegrass Health Partners, Richmond KY as of October 2023. We have proudly served the Elizabethtown community for the last 25 years.
