The Hardin County Chamber of Commerce will sponsor its Veterans Expo, 11:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m., November 12, 2025 at the Pritchard Community Center, 404 South Mulberry, Elizabethtown. We encourage our community's veteran-owned and veteran-focused businesses and organizations to highlight the ways in which your company supports veterans and contributes to our community.
A 10’x10’ exhibit area and one 6 ft. table will be provided for your booth. Tablecloths and/or table skirts are not included. We ask that if you offer a door prize, please display your door prize and have entry forms available at your booth. Individual vendors are responsible for collecting and contacting winners, they will not be announced from the podium.
The Pritchard Community Center will open at 8:00 a.m. for display set-up on November 12. If you need electrical power, please bring a heavy-duty extension cord(s) and duct tape to secure the cords to the floor.

We are limited to 50 booths; therefore, we will provide space on a first-come, first-served basis. The booth fee is $150 for non-Chamber members. There is no booth fee for Chamber members.
