On November 14th, a large crowd of community leaders, investors, family members, Chamber Ambassadors, staff and supporters surrounded CS3 Investments CEO Carlos Salguero as he and his team cut theย ribbon to the luxury apartment development at 2877 Shepherdsville Road in Elizabethtown.
