The ground is broken and construction is underway for Elizabethtown’s newest luxury apartment complex, The Enclave.
The Enclave is being developed by T&L Investments, LLC and the new 302 unit complex is being built on Clear Water Drive in Elizabethtown, next to Menards.
The project is the vision of Jon Lawson and Tommy Thompson, who are local businessmen and developers.
Elected officials, Chamber Ambassadors, family, friends, staff, architects, suppliers and crew members were on hand for the ceremony. The project will include amenities such as EV battery charging stations, garages, a large swimming pool, office center, pickleball courts, an exercise facility and more.
