Stephensburg Fire Department Seeks Your Help

The Stephensburg Fire Department is a volunteer department serving the citizens of Stephensburg and surrounding areas. They are in need of support as their department grows and more needs arise. Please see the letter below from Captain Dirk Winget. We appreciate the service and commitment of all of our community’s first responders.

Dear Chamber Member,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to you on behalf of Stephensburg Fire and
Rescue, a dedicated organization committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of
our community. As a volunteer-based fire department, we rely on the generous support
of local businesses to help us meet the critical needs of our operations.

We are searching for your support through a sponsorship partnership for our upcoming
initiatives. These efforts include costs associated with truck and building mainentance,
purchasing newer equipment, and most importantly,ย  working toward the cost of a new fire
house. All of these items are essential to maintaining the high level of service we provide to our
residents.

As a sponsor, your business would be prominently featured in our promotional
materials, on our website, and at community events, providing an excellent opportunity
to showcase your support for public safety. We offer several sponsorship levels, each
with varying benefits, including:
Sponsorship opportunities for our community festival Stephensburg Days, as well as
building sponsorship.

There will be sponsorship opportunities beginning at $100 and your organization will get
a spot in our flyer the day of event, a public โ€œThank Youโ€ announcement the day of festival
stating your support. With a donation of $501 to $1000 you will get placement on our
main banner with your company name and logo and a spot to advertise your business
during one of our events. As well as the other benefits mentioned previously. We also have Platinum
level Sponsorship that includes all listed above and more.

Your contribution, regardless of size, will make a significant impact on the success of our efforts and will demonstrate
your commitment to our communityโ€™s safety and well-being. Keep in mind your donation
is also fully tax deductible.

We would be honored to discuss this opportunity further and answer any questions you
may have. Please feel free to contact Captain Dirk Winget at 270-494-4562 or Chief Shane Carpenter at 270-234-7971 with questions.

Thank you for considering our request, and we look forward to the possibility of partnering with your business to
make a lasting difference in our community.
