Spaces are filling up for Farm City Day

FARM-CITY DAY      DATE:  NOVEMBER 5, 2013

Farm-City Day Info:

To help those on the Farm better understand events in town, and vice versa, urban and rural leaders host an annual Farm-City Day.  This gives residents of the urban and rural segments of Hardin County an opportunity to become better acquainted.  The event alternates annually from being sponsored by Urban- Hardin County Chamber of Commerce one year and Rural-The Hardin County Cooperative Extension Services the next year.  This year the Urban -Hardin County Chamber of Commerce will host Farm-City Day.

Farm City Day Events

 

Bus tours begin at 8:30 AM

Tour – HMH and Metalsa

There will be a luncheon at the conclusion of the morning tour at the American Legion Post #113 for (paid for by local sponsors) beginning at Noon, with a short program following the meal.

Guest speaker- Sarah Fritschner

The presentation of the Distinguished Farm-City Service Award.
