The Hardin County Chamber of Commerce welcomed Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame member and former University of Kentucky basketball standout, Dan Issel, to its January luncheon.
Issel, who serves as president of the Louisville Basketball Investment and Support Group, spoke on behalf of the organization about the efforts to bring an NBA franchise to the city of Louisville. After the luncheon, he remained on hand to meet chamber members and to answer questions about the organization’s efforts.
