Mr. Edward Pelletier and Mr. Tim Pruitt are veterans who decided to open 94 Bravo Bistro Eatery paying homage to the honorable servicemen and women in our area while creating a fun, memorable joint where everyone feels included and welcome.  

All the food is fresh in which they offer handcrafted Angus burgers, sandwiches, soups, homemade fudge and pure cane sugar craft sodas. They also carry a unique line of chips by Zapp’s from Gramercy, Louisiana.
