GCE/Global Connections to Employment
GCE is a non-profit, targeted employment navigator based out of Pensacola, FL. They have several contracts on military installations throughout the U.S to employ people with disabilities. These positions have been set aside by the federal government for people with disabilities under what is known as The Ability One Program. Chad’s responsibility include, recruiting, staff retention, outreach, job coaching, and being a resource guide.ย
