The plan is available to current or new Hardin Co Chamber Members. The plan is currently available to groups of 2+ employees with an eligible SIC Code. Check with your broker to see if your company’s SIC code is eligible. See below a few samples of SIC Codes.

Are there additional fees?
In addition to an annual Hardin County Chamber membership of $595, which also includes the membership to Greater Louisville Inc-The Metro Chamber of Commerce, there is an annual Industry & Health Administrative fee.
