| After retiring from a successful career with Arthur Anderson, Dave Phillips became the first leader of Downtown Cincinnati, Inc. in 1994. Shortly after, Phillips and his wife began their greatest venture as the founders of Cincinnatiย Works which provides support to its members by connecting them with the tools and resources they need to keep and maintain employment. Today, the Phillips’ strive to promote and duplicate the Cincinnati Works model in other communities. |
