What is the LHCA?
LHCA is open to all previous graduates of Leadership Hardin County, Leadership Radcliff-Vine Grove, & Leadership Elizabethtown programs. We recently secured a partnership with the Hardin County School System and the Work Ethic Certification Program. We have restructured and are accepting nominations for Officers to serve for the 2013-2014 calendar year.

Our Mission
To develop community leaders through leadership opportunities, and to ensure the personal success of each member and the overall growth and development of the Hardin County Community.
