HOUSEHOLD HAZARD WASTE PRESCRIPTION DRUG DISPOSAL

It’s time to clean out your garages, basements and medicine cabinets and take your hazardous materials and outdated prescriptions to the annual Hardin County Hazardous Waste Prescription Drug Disposal event on September 17, 2022.
From 8:00am-2:00pm, items such as pool chemicals, batteries, anti-freeze, pesticides, smoke detectors and paint thinner will be accept at Metalsa, located at 750 North Black Branch Road in Elizabethtown.
No commercial waste will be accepted. This event is open to Hardin County residents only.
