Congratulations to Dr. Juston Pate, President and CEO of Elizabethtown Community College, on being appointed to the Kentucky Board of Education.
Dr. Pate will represent Supreme Court District 2. The appointment came from Governor Andy Beshear. The Kentucky Board of Education develops and adopts the regulations that govern Kentucky 171 public school districts and the actions of the Kentucky Department of Education.
Dr. Pate is one of two keynote speakers at the Chamber’s August 14th membership luncheon celebrating education. He will be joined by Dr. Ryan Quarles, President and CEO of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System.
