A new professional development opportunity for members called “Marketing Your Business – Creating a Competitive Advantage.” gets underway next week. The program consists of five sessions that will be delivered as part of the Chamber’s Business at Breakfast series, starting Thursday, Aug. 30. The event is limited to 25 participants and only a few seats remain.
The “Marketing Your Business – Creating a Competitive Advantage” program will begin on Aug. 30 and will be followed by sessions on Sept. 13, Sept. 27, Oct. 11 and Oct 25. Each event will run from 7:30 to 9 a.m. and will be held at Shoney’s Restaurant located at 1046 Executive Drive in Elizabethtown. The total cost to attend is $50 and participation is limited to one representative per business or organization. A free media package will be given away at the end of the series.
“The Chamber’s purpose is to help our members network and promote their businesses while also offering them a variety of professional development opportunities,” said Brad Richardson, president/CEO of the Hardin County Chamber of Commerce. “We appreciate the News-Enterprise bringing this program idea to us, and we are thankful for the presenters who are making it possible.”
